The authors deserve recognition for this innovative analysis that attempts to quantify a biologically plausible yet elusive link. Their central finding - that each 10° decrease in maximum lipid arc measured by optical coherence tomography (OCT) correlates with a 39 % reduction in MACE risk - is compelling [1]."}
