## English: Undiagnosed Chronic Kidney Disease, Outcomes, and Finerenone in Heart Failure: The FINEARTS-HF Randomized Clinical Trial.

This secondary analysis of the FINEARTS-HF randomized trial assessed the prevalence of undiagnosed chronic kidney disease (CKD) in high-risk heart failure patients. The data indicate that unrecognized renal impairment is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular outcomes. These findings underscore the clinical value of routine kidney function screening in heart failure, as early identification is critical for initiating appropriate cardiorenal management.
