## English: Cardiovascular outcomes in coronary microvascular dysfunction: the Multicenter FLOW-CMD Registry

The FLOW-CMD Registry represents one of the largest contemporary cohorts evaluating cardiovascular outcomes in patients with coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD) undergoing invasive physiological assessment, including those with acute coronary syndromes or requiring PCI. The data demonstrate that CMD extends beyond the traditional non-obstructive coronary artery disease phenotype, affecting a broader clinical population with measurable cardiovascular risk. For clinicians, these findings reinforce the importance of recognizing and tracking microvascular dysfunction across diverse invasive diagnostic pathways, regardless of epicardial stenosis severity.

## Abstract (original, from the publication)

The FLOW-CMD Registry1 represents one of the largest contemporary assessments of coronary microvascular dysfunction in a broad population undergoing invasive coronary physiological evaluation, including patients with acute coronary syndrome and those requiring percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). The study expands awareness of coronary microvascular dysfunction beyond patients with non-obstructive coronary artery disease.
