## English: Ascending Aorta Rotational Control Improves Commissural Alignment With the Navitor Vision Delivery System.

This study evaluates whether controlling ascending aortic rotation improves commissural alignment during TAVI using the Navitor delivery system. Based on CT imaging and cusp-overlap views, targeted rotational adjustment significantly improved marker orientation at the annular level without causing rotation-related procedural complications. The findings highlight the value of pre-procedural imaging in TAVI planning. For structural heart teams, this technique offers a practical approach to optimize implantation positioning and potentially enhance procedural outcomes.

## Abstract (original, from the publication)

•Ascending aortic rotation improved commissural alignment with Navitor.•Rotational timing influenced marker orientation at the annular level.•Descending aortic orientation was not consistently maintained.•Computed tomography-derived cusp overlap views guided rotational adjustment.•No rotation-related procedural complications were observed.
