This secondary analysis of the CONNECT randomized clinical trial evaluates whether achieving a guideline-endorsed low-density lipoprotein cholesterol level after drug-eluting stent implantation in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) is associated with reduced risk of long-term neoatherosclerosis formation.
