This nonrandomized clinical trial investigates if HR-1918, a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting angiopoietinlike 3 (ANGPTL3), is associated with a reduction in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol level in adults with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia taking stable lipid-lowering therapy.
